SAILING TO YOUR VISION.

The belief that you can navigate by the balance of wind, current ,willingness and will is already an extraordinary ability.

SET SAIL TO YOUR VISION

Remember that teacher, parent or coach that helped you to SEE your talents and purpose when you could not? Well, chances are that their clarity and focus came from a centered person themselves, driven, and connected. The feeling of authenticity that you felt gave you strength and a sense of your own worth. This feeling of confidence and tranquility ultimately made you aware of those around you and you wanted to help them feel self-realization for themselves.

One of the most human of all attributes is the ability to intuit vision and inspire others to a conscious culture of growth, improvement, and liberation, the epitome of TEAM SPIRIT. In this way, vision is both spiritual and biological. You see … The ability to see our vision relies on the removal of negative distractions. Fear, doubt, lack of courage and low self-esteem which atrophy our intuition, causing paralysis of our creativity and our ability to feel the potential of the future.

This ability is highly prized in our species, not only in the anticipation of threats to our survival but in every great achievement that has chronicled the progression of mankind.

The business end of vision is identified as LEADERSHIP. Everyone has vision or they couldn't even see themselves to actualize their daily tasks, but their roles are in possession of vision to a varying degree. Let's take the example of leaders and managers, both being needed along with workers on the team in order to get the job done, but leaders create vision and managers execute. Leaders' inspirations are world-changing and managers must measure the incremental. Leaders take what seems to be huge risks tempered by the distant aperture of their vision, managers limit risk based on the immediate tasks at hand. To understand the leader's mindset you must travel long distances to that far off horizon, pinpoint a specific destination, travel back at least 5-7 years to your original location and then proceed to navigate to that destination. The leader's VISION of the future is already their REALITY.

Let's take a look at some of the tools used by leaders to engage their teams in their vision;

INSPIRATION;

Yes, a big, world-changing and meaningful idea.

CONCRETE;

Ideology that exists in reality, the ability to articulate the textural nuance almost by touch.

PRACTICAL;

The need is percolating within the culture, logical, but not yet seen.

VISUAL;

That's right, the embryo of the vision is observed now, through the embodiment of the leader.

This is why it is said that leaders make other leaders. Once you have been exposed to a futuristic perception of reality and all its possibilities you need and learn to develop your own intuition in order to manifest personal vision, just as that teacher, parent or coach taught us when we were children. Vision is the infinite game of human potential. Don't be impatient, limit your external listening, data, patterns, opinions, enjoy the solitude of your intuition, change histories trajectory. Learn to develop that far off the horizon in your mind's eye, engage your crew and set your sails on the true journey of a lifetime.
